Walk-a-Thon Wrap-Up

The Walk-a-Thon is not an ordinary fundraiser. It is a fundraiser that focuses on movement, strengthens the Jefferson community and allows the students to raise money for the school.  So how did we all do??

• Movement focused: kids worked out for roughly 30 minutes!

• Strengthens the Jefferson community: families, staff, and students all worked together! And, students were able to see all their grade level friends and teachers!

• Student-led fundraiser: to date, students have raised over $20,000!!! 

Let’s end strong!

Walk-a-Thon donations can be made until Thursday, November 5 to meet our $30,000 goal.  It’s not too late to give a donation on the Greater Giving Donation Page!

Reporting: We will not be collecting Pledge Sheets. Instead, we are asking families to fill out this Google form. This will help us account for the donations, enter your child into the raffle, and determine individual and class prizes!

Cash and Checks:  

• Please make checks out to “Jefferson PTA”.

• Bring cash/checks on Mon, Tues, Thurs or Fri to the Jefferson School Office from Oct. 26 - Nov. 5 between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

• Put cash/checks in an envelope with your child’s and teacher’s name.  Put the envelope in the green lockbox by the PTA mailbox.

Complete a traditional Walk-a-Thon by walking around Jefferson 10 times! Students who complete the BONUS CHALLENGE will be entered into a raffle with a special prize!!!
