A consultancy offering DEI training and support from a parent of a Jefferson 1st and 4th grader. I have a variety of packages to individualize the needs of the individual or organization wanting to embark on more equitable strategies in the workplace.

Owned by a Jefferson family, Gran Milan Bakery & Cafe is in Richmond, just off the 80 at Central Avenue.  A review from the family of a classmate: "The focaccia is incredible. Just had it for the first time yesterday and it blew my mind."
