Sean Keller

Sean, as he is known to students and teachers alike, is in his sixth year teaching at Jefferson. A Texas native, he moved to California in 1992 and received BS in Environmental Science from Humboldt State. In June 2004 he completed a MS from CSU Hayward in Environmental Education.

Sean’s classroom is home to all sorts of flora and fauna. Sean also coordinates the Conflict Managers, which are 3rd-5th grade students who mediate disputes and keep the playground calm.

Sean and his wife Amber are the proud parents of a young daughter and son. Sean’s hobbies include backpacking, cycling, and basketball. His favorite place to be away from school is the Evolution Valley in the heart of the Sierra Nevada.
