Our New Name: Ruth Acty

It's official! The school formerly known as Jefferson is now Ruth Acty Elementary School! Read the latest message to the community here and a BUSD blog post here.

Change is underway at the district, school, and PTA level to make all the necessary changes to reflect our name. There is a lot of work to be done, so in the meantime, you may see both "Ruty Acty" and "Jefferson" named, even throughout this website! Thanks for your patience as we work to identify and make all the necessary changes to reflect our inspiring new name.
